Return & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to write within 7 days of receipt with photo proofs of defective or damaged items.

We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage. Incorrect design selection or incorrect T-shirt size selection is the customer's responsibility. As we have reminded it on our detail product page because there might be different T-shirt size standards for each country. Lastly, the sale items cannot be refunded.

In exceptional cases where returns are granted, the buyer needs to be responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated address.

We may decline cancellation requests if the order has been going through the production process, as we are making products based on the order. If the order hasn't started the production process yet and order cancellation is approved, please be reminded that any cancellation will not get 100% money refunded, because there is a PayPal transaction fee.

We may decline refund request if the order has been delivered to the destination address / country which then required additional action to come to the nearest post office to collect the package but the buyer don't do it until the package is returned back to us. The buyer will be 100% responsible to pay the shipping fees for us to resend again the package to the destination address.
