Processing time

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. However, due to the print on demand of our production, the processing time usually takes 1-3 days. 

Shipping

Once the package has been dispatched, you will get email notification with your tracking number.

All packages will be sent through the DHL & Pos Indonesia air package. So you can always track the package.

Shipping time will be ranged from 1 - 2 weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problem with your package tracking.

Customs Fee

Please be aware that there might be some additional cost / extra cost that the buyer would need to pay once the package arrives. That is a customs fee that the buyer needs to pay to the government.

There are some countries that doesn't require to pay the customs fee, but mostly it is required. This kind of thing is normal, especially when you buy something from a different country. By checked out from our website, the buyers agree that they will be 100% responsible to this customs fee.
